I'm a seller on eBay, how can I start using Live Chat?

Go to the Application Directory > Install Live Chat > Start the application and follow the one-time set up steps.

The subscription fee is $2,95 per month, does this include usage?

Yes you can chat with as many possible buyers and for as long as you like. We will not charge any extra costs for this.

How can I display the Chat buttons in my items?

The Chat buttons will be displayed in all your items. This happened automatically when you installed this application. But it can take up to two to twenty-four hours to display them all. I you want to remove them you should take a look to the topic underneath. 

How can I unsubscribe for Live Chat?

To unsubscribe for Live Chat you should:

> go to 'Manage Application' > select: the Live Chat application > select: 'Other actions' > select option: 'Unsubscribe'.

and then follow the steps provided by eBay.

NOTE: before you unsubscribe for the Application you should first remove all the Chat buttons. Otherwise they will stay visible in your item description !! How you can do this is explained in the topic beneath this one.

How can I remove ALL the Live Chat button from my items?

To remove all the Live Chat buttons from your items you should open the Live Chat application and then click on the option 'Contact support' (on the top-right hand side). Then a contact form opens which you have to fill in. In this form you can also select the option to remove all Chat buttons. You should select this option and click on 'send'.

Note: it can take up to 24hrs for all buttons to be removed.

I Have already unsubscribed (canceled) and now I cannot remove the Chat buttons form my items?!

The only way that the Chat buttons can be removed, in a automatic procedure, from your items is when you are subscribed to the Live Chat application. So if you have already unsubscribed you should do two things:

> subscribe to the Live Chat application again (we will give 100% refund for the pay payment)

> send us a mail via 'Contact support' (top right hand in app). In this form you write down that you have been subscribed earlier and that you want your Chat buttons removed from your items. You should provide us your eBay ID.

> we will then remove the buttons and inform you about the status
